Billing Information for Laboratory and X-Ray Services provided at Bexley Health Services at Wexner Heritage Village

Bexley Health Services at Wexner Heritage Village is an OhioHealth outpatient health services site across the hall from our practice. Since these services are provided separately from our physician services, you will receive separate bills.

X-Ray Billing Information

Grant Medical Center and Columbus Radiology have partnered to provide your x-ray at Bexley Health Services.

No appointment is necessary. When you arrive at Bexley Health Services, we will register you for this x-ray service separately from other services you may be receiving.

We accept most major health insurance plans. Please check your health plan to determine your coverage for radiology services from Grant Medical Center. In order to ensure accuracy in our filings for your benefits, it is important that you have your insurance card available when arrive for your radiology service.

Separate bills: Because both Grant Medical Center and Columbus Radiology are involved in providing your x-ray, you will receive two separate bills for your x-ray.

  • You will receive a bill from “Grant Medical Center” for the technical service charge.
  • You will receive a bill from Columbus Radiology for the physician’s professional fee.

Co-Payments: Depending on your insurance coverage, you may need to pay two co-payments or meet separate deductible amounts. One co-payment will cover the technical service from Grant Medical Center and the second co-payment will cover the physician’s professional fee from Columbus Radiology.

Your laboratory service is provided by Grant/Riverside Laboratories.

No appointment is necessary. When you arrive, we will register you for this laboratory service separately from other services you may be receiving.

We accept most major health insurance plans. Please check your health plan to determine your coverage for laboratory testing from Grant/Riverside Laboratories. In order to ensure accuracy in our filings for your benefits, it is important that you have your insurance card available when arrive for your laboratory service.

Your Bill: You will receive a bill for your laboratory service from “Grant/Riverside Laboratories”.

Your Co-Payment: Depending on your insurance coverage, you may need to pay a co-payment to “Grant/Riverside Laboratories” or meet a deductible amount for this service.
